We had a grand time at the International Lindy Hop Championships in Washington DC (August 27-August 30 2009). Most of the team were able to come out (that’s 20+!!) and besides touring our nation’s capital, taking a few classes, dancing, having a lot of fun, meeting new friends, and reconnecting with old friends, we also danced both of our 2009 routines in the team competition!
We gave the very talented team division (8 teams total) a run for their money and won third and fourth place with our “Love Me Or Leave Me” and “All The Cats Join In/Traffic Jam” routines. Both routines are available on Youtube and are linked on our Videos page.
